What is MIDAS SQUARE?

 

MIDAS SQUARE  is the international conference brand of MIDAS IT.

It was first held in Seoul, Korea in 2023, and this year, 2024, it will be held in Malaysia for Southeast Asian countries.

The goal of this event is to contribute to the advancement of civil engineering in Southeast Asian countries and

to write a new history of civil engineering in the region through the technological development of civil engineers in Southeast Asian countries.

- specialized in computational analysis of civil and mechanical structures using the advanced nonlinear finite element methods.

- Design experience in the field of impact, blast, aerodynamics, wind dynamics, structural damping, vibrations and structurally nonlinear slender and long span structures.

- Leader of the Advanced Analysis Team in Hong Kong to undertake design of high-end engineering projects.

- Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer with more than 15 years experience in the design, design management, construction and refurbishment of bridges and underground structures.

- Involved in major road and rail viaducts from initial planning to preliminary and detailed designs, as well as construction engineering and temporary works designs, with extensive experience in RC & prestressed concrete and steel structures.

- Involved on the underground structures and stations design and all the associate temporary works during construction.
